By accessing or using Local SERP Checker ("the tool") at localserpchecker.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

2. Description of Service

Local SERP Checker allows you to build geo-targeted Google search URLs (using parameters such as keyword, country, and location encoding) and to open those URLs in your browser. The tool does not scrape Google, proxy requests, or provide search results on our own servers. You are directed to Google's own search interface, and your use of Google is subject to Google's terms and policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You must not:

• Use the tool to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the tool in any manner that could harm Google's services or violate Google's terms of service
• Resell or commercially exploit the tool in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without our consent

4. No Warranty

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated (e.g., URLs or encoded parameters) will meet your expectations. Search engine behavior (including localization and ranking) is controlled by third parties (e.g., Google) and may change at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the tool. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any); for free use, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Local SERP Checker website, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. Use of the tool for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these terms is permitted.

7. Changes to Terms or Service

We may update these Terms or the tool at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue or restrict the service with reasonable notice where feasible.
